Project Management

Civil engineering and (high-rise) building construction

Lake d.o.o. Sarajevo BiH, offers the services of design, monitoring, review, supervision, and control of works in the field of construction and structural architecture, depending on the project, either independently or in cooperation with business partners.

We aspire to contemporary standards of construction and structural architecture in the final product, as regards the cost-efficiency, simplicity and functionality, as well as a long-term endurance, esthetics, and maintenance of buildings depending on the choice of materials, technology installed and upgrades if/where necessary.

All buildings are treated carefully in coordination with the choice of materials, technical requirements, standards and relevant regulations, with an aim to achieve optimum cost and quality ratio, bearing in mind and complying with all other requirements and aspects.

Carpentry production 

“Stolarija LAKE” /LAKE Carpentry Shop/ is specialized for the production of top-class carpentry.

We produce room-doors, balcony doors and entrance doors, as well as windows, window-shutters and balcony-door shutters, using the top-quality dry wood of fir-tree, spruce, white pine and oak. The products are made in standard dimensions or in specific dimensions as requested by customers.

We use the finest wood materials with optimum moisture content ranging between 8% and 12%, and our carpentry machines are made by renowned manufacturers as such FELDER. The production capacities are strictly limited to the needs of LAKE constructions or a small series of products (5-50 carpentry pieces).

“Stolarija LAKE” aims for the maximum quality of its production program and business policy, and uses exclusively natural materials which attribute to an exceptional comfort of residential and other facilities as well as energy saving.
